Items Needed for Each Game

Player/Coach Passes ONLY
Ohio North will be providing the game reports to all referee prior

Reporting and Submitting Scores

IMMEDIATELY following your game, the WINNING team's manager or coach (in case of a tie, the HOME team's manager or coach) must do all the following steps:
- Collect BOTH original game reports from the center referee
- Bring BOTH game reports to headquarters within 20 minutes of teh completed game
Please make sure that the score is correctly recorded by the referee and that the referee(s) has signed the reports before handing it in and you have collected your player/coach passes.

The Bothwell Cup was established in 1991 in honor of the late Sam Bothwell, formerly of Mentor, OH, a well-known soccer activist who helped start travel programs within the Ohio North boundaries.
