Items Needed for Each Game
  • Player/Coach Passes ONLY
  • Ohio North will be providing the game reports to all referee prior

Reporting and Submitting Scores

  • IMMEDIATELY following your game, the WINNING team's manager or coach (in case of a tie, the HOME team's manager or coach) must do all the following steps:
    • Collect BOTH original game reports from the center referee
    • Bring BOTH game reports to headquarters within 20 minutes of teh completed game
  • Please make sure that the score is correctly recorded by the referee and that the referee(s) has signed the reports before handing it in and you have collected your player/coach passes.

The Bothwell Cup was established in 1991 in honor of the late Sam Bothwell, formerly of Mentor, OH, a well-known soccer activist who helped start travel programs within the Ohio North boundaries.
