The Ohio North Premier League (ONPL) is a fall-spring, club-based league for 10U, 11U and 12U. The league is open to clubs that demonstrate performance and structural criteria; and is expected to add additional divisions and members over the course of the 2018-2019 seasonal year.

Membership Criteria

Below is a summary of the criteria for league membership | Complete ONPL League Membership Criteria 

  • Clubs must rank in the Top-10 in the 13U-19U Divisions of the Ohio North State Cup.
  • Clubs must rank in the Top-10 in the 10U-12U Divisions of the Ohio North State Cup.
  • Clubs must field one team in the 10U, 11U and 12U age groups.
  • Clubs demonstrate the ability to implement a "constructive" style of play, based on the U.S. Soccer Player Development Initiatives
  • Club player development, philosophy and team periodization plans are required. 
  • Club coaching education standards are required.

Game Day Rosters
In lieu of player passes, only printed Game Day Rosters must be used for league games. Coaches may NOT write, type or print anything additional on a Game Day Roster after it has been printed. Players names may NOT be manually added to a Game Day Roster after it has been printed. Players who will not be in attendance may be crossed out on the Game Day Roster. They cannot be added. It is advised that you wait until you are sure of your roster before printing it, or print the entire roster if you do not have more players rostered than may appear at a league game.

All teams officials must carry a current US Youth Soccer/Ohio North laminated member pass to be on the sideline. All team officials must comply with Ohio North's Risk Management Policy, including being Concussion and Lindsay's Law certified. 

Instructions: Please print out two (2) copies of your Game Day Roster for each game in color and single-sided. One copy is exchanged with the opposing team. The other copy is for the referee.

To print your Game Day Rosters, you will need your email address associated with your Stack Sports registration and the following password (675307) and click HERE to access.


Scores & Post-Game Reports
All scores are to be entered and/or submitted within 72 hours of completion of the game.


Group Play Weekends (3/30, 4/6, 5/4, 5/11)

  • Each team is to provide TWO (2) COLOR Game Day Rosters (generated via Stack Sports) and submit one to the center referee and the other to the opposing team prior to kick-off of the game.
  • Max game day roster limit is 12 players for 10-U and 16 players for 11-U and 12-U.
  • Upon completion of the game, the signed and completed Game Day Rosters will be collected from the referee by the WINNING team or the HOME team in the event of a tie.
  • The WINNING team is responsible for ensuring that both Game Day Rosters are turned in to the Site Coordinator prior to departing the complex for the score to be entered into the system. In the event of a tie, the home team becomes responsible.


Self-Scheduled Games

  • Each team is to provide TWO (2) COLOR Game Day Rosters (generated via Stack Sports) and submit one to the center referee and the other to the opposing team prior to kick-off of the game.
  • Max game day roster limit is 12 players for 10-U and 16 players for 11-U and 12-U.
  • Upon completion of the game, the signed and completed Game Day Rosters will be collected from the referee by the WINNING team or the HOME team in the event of a tie.
  • The WINNING team is responsible for entering the game score. In the event of a tie, the HOME team becomes responsible.
  • To report game scores:
    • Scan the QR code located at the bottom of the Game Day Roster with your smartphone to access
    • Or you will need your email address associated with your Stack Sports coach/team manager registration, following password (675307)
  • Once the score is reported, both completed Game Day Rosters are to be emailed to jeberle@ohionorthsoccer.org. Please reference the league name and game number in the subject line of the email. Subject Line Example: ONPL 5559157


Rescheduling Games
In case of a game cancellation during the spring ONPL, please see the below information regarding rescheduling games.

  • Games may be rescheduled for any reason by emailing an official request that both teams have agreed to change the scheduled game to another date at least seven (7) days prior to the original game date.
  • Games may only be rescheduled less than seven (7) days prior to the game date if the facility revokes use of the fields or deems them not playable, the referee deems the field not playable or the referee cancels the game due to weather.
  • Once you have requested a rescheduled game and no known rescheduled date has been determined, the game will be listed as "Cancelled" on the schedule.
  • A new rescheduled date and time must be mutually agreed upon by both coaches. If both coaches cannot agree on game date(s), time(s) and location(s) for their games, ONPL will schedule the games. If this occurs, the games(s) must be played as schedule by ONPL.
  • ONPL will reschedule the referee(s) once a mutually agreed upon date/time has been provided for the rescheduled game.
